Handicap et développement inclusif
Handicap-Dev short for ‘Handicap Development’ is inspired by the
Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and its
work on disability inclusive development and international collaboration. 
It is a Quebec registered enterprise since 2013 although its origin started
much earlier. The new and contemporary realities of people with disabilities
meant new debates and new approaches in developing disability sector.
As a consulting enterprise, Handicap-Dev aims at providing technical
advice and services to international relief and development initiatives in
the area of disability and rehabilitation under a human rights framework.
